The Employment Council code was registered on the 30th of March 2015. In terms of section 101 (1a) & (1b) the employment council supersedes all company codes in the Aviation industry hence S.I 81 of 2017 must be used in disciplinary proceedings. Company in the industry can have their company specific Disciplinary and Grievance Code of Conduct but these codes shall only be used upon approval by NECATI.
